Lot Split/Replat Application

All Lot Split-Replat applications must be complete when submitted to the town. Incomplete application will be returned to the applicant, and a meeting date will not be set until all materials are submitted. Planning & Zoning Commission meetings are on the second (2nd) Tuesday of each month at 6:30PM, in the courtroom at Town Hall.  Applications must be submitted to the town, at least 30 days prior to meeting.
