Elections

Town elections for Mayor and Trustee Members are all elected "at-large". The Mayor's term is two years, and terms for Trustee Members are four years. Upon filing an affidavit with the City Clerk and payment of the filing fee, the name of the candidate is placed on the official ballot without partisan designation.

Before you can vote, you need register. You need to register if you just became eligible to vote, moved, changed your name, or haven't voted in the last four years. Voter registration forms are available at Oklahoma State Election Board, https://oklahoma.gov/. They are also available at the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety, where you apply for, renew, or change your Driver License or ID card.
