My Name is Tim Breashier and I am here to serve this community. You may have a few questions regarding Code Compliance. Below are several important reasons to keep and maintain a clean and safe environment. WHY CODE ENFORCEMENT?

Municipal codes are local laws enacted to provide health, safety and beautification for the community. 

Some issues include:

• Health - Violation of some codes create the perfect conditions for insects and rodents that can bread disease.
• Safety - Violations of some codes may create fire and or entrapment hazards and obstructions to safe vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
• Beautification - Clean, well-maintained properties not only enhance health and safety, but they also discourage crime and enhance property values. Most property owners maintain their investment, and many others are simply unaware of the codes and the reasons behind them. The goal is to inform and educate the citizens through notices, flyers and interpersonal communications.
